Klimka Computer Solutions was the 2nd computer repair company I called. They should be the 1st for you. My computer had an issue that one service company couldn't crack and it was really affecting my overall use. I called Klimka and made an appointment. I thought I'd go to their shop but Shayne said he'd come to my place instead. Nice surprise. He arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work. The problem was more difficult than he had expected but he kept at it, treating it as a challenge that he had to overcome. I know nothing about computers so all I could do was watch but eventually he was able to unravel the source of the problem, and then create a working solution. It ended up taking Shayne 2 hours but he stayed with it and got my computer working like it just came out of the box. I would recommend Klimka Computer Solutions with absolutely no hesitation. far better service and way cheaper then the big box guys. as a college student on a budget he was a massive life saver. have some patience though, he's a busy guy with a long list of clients. but outside of that, he's a fantastic option for anyone. 5/5 ~ human
